Overview
Due to all orders being custom made upon order, ALL orders are final and can NOT be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
If a customer’s order was received damaged, the customer must thoroughly fill out the inquiry form above within 24 hours of their order delivery date. Please allow up to 48 business hours for our Customer Service Department to respond to your concern.
Once Honey By Sylestra Brown’s Customer Service Department has responded to the customer’s inquiry form, the customer will be prompted to provide photo proof of the damaged item(s) without additional tampering by replying to the original email, within 48 hours.
All inquiry forms submitted after 24 hours of the order’s delivery date to the customer’s receiving address will be dishonored.
Allergies
Due to all orders being hand made per order for our customers, there are NO refunds for orders under any circumstance.
The customer is 100% responsible for reading the ingredients list within the description section of each item being sold on Honey By Sylestra Brown’s website. The customer is 100% responsible for each item that they choose to purchase, and are 100% responsible for choosing products that don’t interfere with any personal allergies, and/or any other issue that they may have due to any ingredient(s) used within Honey By Sylestra Brown’s non-toxic, organic, cruelty-free, and vegan products.
Refunds
There are NO REFUNDS for orders under ANY circumstance. However, exchanges are available if approved.
Orders can not be edited, cancelled, or rerouted once placed. Customers are responsible for inserting the correct billing and shipping address prior to placing their order.
Once the customer has contacted Honey By Sylestra Brown’s Customer Service Department by thoroughly completing the inquiry form above, within 24 hours of their order’s delivery date; and their damaged order has been inspected after providing photo proof, we will respond the customer by email within 48 hours to notify the customer that their documented exchange request has been received. The responding email received by the customer will also include whether their exchange request has been approved, or denied with valid reason.
If the exchange request is approved, a replacement order for the damaged item(s) will be reprocessed at no expense to the customer, and a replacement order confirmation will be emailed to the customer. All exchange orders will be shipped within normal business turnaround and processing times, as listed below in “Shipping”.
Exchanges
Honey By Sylestra Brown will only replace items if they are defective, or damaged by sources other than the recipient during transit. Any damages due to environmental, and/or other external resources such as but not limited to; weather, theft, and excessive time left unattended to upon delivery, etc. will NOT be honored for a replacement.
Gifts
Please be sure to insert the correct shipping address associated with the recipient of whom you are gifting. Returns and Refunds on items sent as gifts are not honored. All sales are final.
Shipping
Depending on where you live (and possible environmental delays), the time that it may take for your product to be delivered to you may vary.
Due to orders being made by hand, per order; there is a standard 5-7 business day turnaround time from the date that your order is placed, to when your order will be shipped. Once shipped and/or in transit, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, or (if you are local) an estimated time of arrival email if you order is being shipped via Honey’s very own shipping transit.
